How to play
  1. You get a START player and an END player.
  2. Link them through teammates. Name a teammate of your last player, then a teammate of theirs, and so on until you reach the END player.
  3. Easy: pick from 6 names (2 are fakes). Pro: type the names yourself.
  4. Teammates = played for the same club in the same season, and both played at least one Premier League game that season.
  5. Every player you name is one stroke. Like golf: par is the fewest players needed in between. Try to match it.
  6. Name someone who played with the END player and the final pass goes in by itself: GOAL!
  7. A wrong pick costs a life ♥. You have 3.
  8. Milner mode (Easy or Pro): James Milner is banned. He played with almost everyone. Pick him and you get Milnered: a red card.
  9. Puzzles get harder through the week. Monday is the easiest, Sunday the hardest.
  10. Stuck? Press CLUE by a player to see the club they played most for. Press NEXT CLUE for each other club they played for. Clues are free.
  11. A new puzzle every day. Covers every finished Premier League season, 1992–93 to . The season being played now is added once it ends, so recent transfers aren't in yet.
